A handful of baby boomers are upset today over plans to develop a pickleball court in Winnipeg’s Henteleff Park. Strangely, concerns over the apartment building they plan to build with it are comparatively hushed.

The city of Winnipeg was walloped Thursday morning by a blizzard we all thought would last a little longer. Within minutes of the blizzard’s onset, city buses came to stops in the streets and the power grid more or less didn’t care except for parts of Fort Garry.
